Rewarding Performance programme

As part of our Rewarding Performance programme, we look to offer several high performers a chance to assist on a Virgin Unite project, further supporting Responsible Business and their personal development.

This year the trip is going to South Africa, where they will visit the Branson School of Entrepreneurship. Using their skills and talents, they will help to give something back to students and the local community.

Congratulations and well done to the high performers who have been selected this year: Terri Bailey, Alison Smith, Janet Larby, Freya Bracegirdle and Kate Fenton.

We hope that you all gain a lot from your experiences at the Branson School and we look forward to hearing all about it on your return.
